Everything you need to know.
I do have a business background, so that part helps me organize things, but I want to be very clear from the start… I am not building this like a traditional business. I am doing this to help local families access better food and also support local farmers and families who pour their heart and soul into what they grow and produce.
Because of that, I also need everyone to understand that every decision I make is based on what is actually feasible for me to manage in real life. Not what looks like the best “business decision,” but what I can realistically do while still doing this well and sustainably.
HOW IT WORKS (WEEKLY PROCESS)
Monday (before delivery week)
I check in with all suppliers and gather what’s available for the week.
Tuesday
The email goes out with that week’s suppliers, and the shopping site opens.
Thursday at 9:00 PM
Ordering closes. You’ll still be able to view the site, but checkout will be turned off.
Delivery / Pickup
Orders are delivered the following Wednesday (or available for pickup once that starts). If volume is higher than expected, some deliveries may carry into Thursday.
I do have a small team ready to help with deliveries when needed, and I’m really thankful for that support.
A few basics:
There is a $50 minimum order per week. This helps keep the weekly process running smoothly.
We also use a cooler bag exchange system to keep everything cold and safe. Your order will arrive in an insulated bag, and at your next delivery we’ll swap it out for a clean one.
Current Delivery Area -
Right now, delivery is available in the zip codes listed above, but we’re actively working on expanding that area.
Pickup locations will be coming soon as another option as well.
If you’re close to one of these zip codes (within about 5 minutes), don’t hesitate to reach out — I’ll always take a look and see if we can make it work.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
I want to give you a quick heads up as we get started—some items may sell out.
Each farm and family will be tracking their own inventory, but since this is new, we’re still learning what demand will look like week to week.
For example, if 27 people order a pound of beef from one farm and they only have 20 available, I’ll do my best to source the remaining amount from another supplier offering a similar product.
Some items will also be seasonal and may come and go throughout the year.
This is part of why I’ve included multiple suppliers offering similar products. It gives us flexibility, helps fill gaps when things sell out, and keeps things moving so you still have quality options each week.
IMPORTANT NOTE
Products will rotate based on:
season
supplier availability
weekly production cycles
farm schedules
Some items will not be available every week, and the weekly shopping list will reflect what is actually ready at that time.
