First, I just want to say thank you!
Some of you may have noticed this all started fairly recently and a bit unexpectedly not too long ago.
It honestly began with something pretty simple—I just wanted to be more intentional about knowing where my families food was coming from. That, combined with wanting to shop local, is what led me here.
Since posting in the Lake Country 411 Facebook group about supporting local farms and families, a bigger idea started to develop. I honestly wasn’t sure if it was a little crazy or if anyone would even be interested 😅 but I’ve been truly blown away by the response.
Because of that, I’d love to introduce a new idea - Farm to Porch delivery service!

The first time you visit, you’ll to “customer sign up.” Once you’ve created your account, you’ll use this same link to “sign in” each time you shop.

Our shopping site is open throughout the week, so you can shop whenever it works for you.
You'll always see the upcoming delivery date in the announcement bar at the top of the site, so you know which delivery you're ordering for.
Thursday at 11:50 PM
Orders close at 11:50 PM on Thursday for the following Wednesday's delivery.
If you place your order after the Thursday deadline, it will automatically move to the next delivery date.
Wednesday
Your order is delivered right to your door on Wednesday.
As we grow, deliveries may occasionally extend into Thursday if order volume requires it. (See below for pick up options!)
COOLER BAG EXCHANGE PROGRAM
Keeping your food at a safe temperature from the time it's packed until it reaches you is a top priority.
All customers participate in our reusable cooler bag exchange program. There is a one-time fee of $15 when you join.
Your first delivery will arrive in a clean, insulated cooler bag. For your next delivery, simply leave the empty bag out and we'll pick it up and replace it with a fresh one containing your new order.
You can also leave out any empty egg cartons, canvas bags, small boxes and jars from previous deliveries and we'll collect those as well.
We highly suggest leaving an additional cooler on your porch with ice packs. We'll place your insulated Farm to Porch bag inside it to help keep everything cold until you're able to bring your order inside.
Pickup Locations
If you choose pickup at checkout, your order will be available at the pickup location you select on Wednesday.

When will I receive my order?
Orders are delivered or ready for pickup on Wednesdays.
You’ll always see the upcoming delivery date in the announcement bar at the top of the website, so you’ll know which Wednesday your order is scheduled for.
Orders close at 11:59 PM on Thursdays for the following Wednesday’s delivery. Orders placed after the cutoff will be moved to the next available delivery date.
What areas do you currently serve?
We currently deliver throughout much of Jefferson and Waukesha Counties in Wisconsin. You can view our current delivery areas here.
How do you ensure product freshness?
Products are picked up directly from our suppliers on delivery day and are never stored overnight. Perishable items remain temperature-controlled from pickup through delivery using our cooler bag exchange system.
Is there a minimum order amount?
No. However, you will always pay the Farm to Porch Fee, plus an additional $5 if you select delivery.

What if I'm not home when my order is delivered?
Orders can be left at your designated delivery location. For additional protection from the weather, customers are encouraged to leave a cooler on their porch, and we will place the insulated bag inside.
Can I order occasionally or do I have to order every week?
There is no subscription required. Order whenever you'd like!
